Terms and Conditions
We", "Us" and "Company" "Supplier" means Shhaz Web Designs trading as Professional CV Services
"You", "Your", "Client" and "Customer" means you the customer/client contracting to obtain goods or services from Us.
Where "You" means more than one person, each one of You is responsible, individually, for each of the obligations of all of You under this agreement.
Upon placing an order, a deposit minimum of 50% is required and the remainder of payment is made upon completion, unless otherwise agreed for websites.
For printing orders50 % payment to be made on order and 50% payments needs to be made on approving design before printing.
All Deposits are non-refundable.

Any scripting/source coding that we produce will remain the property of Shhaz Web Designs If you require the source code, it will be an additional cost and is not intended to be part of the order placed. You will be required to pay us a separate amount for the copyright to this material.
We cannot be held responsible for any statements We have not confirmed in writing. If the quotation contains that statement, or explicitly refers to the document containing it, then it becomes part of the contract and We will accept responsibility for it (subject to these Terms and conditions).
You confirm that you have checked the specifications set out in and attached to the quotation/order and that they are correct.
Any payments that are returned by the bank for whatsoever reason, a charge of £30 will be added to the invoice. All imagery, photographs, graphical content to be supplied by the client (unless specified).
A quotation does not amount to a contractual offer and is an indication that We may be willing to supply at a particular price. In any event, no quotation is to be regarded as valid after 30 days of its issue, unless otherwise stated.
Once we complete any website we will give you upto 24 hours to check that everything is in working order, once these 24 hours are expired, we are not responsible for this website, unless you are paying for maintenance, or if you are paying for updates on your websites, so if there is any changes that you require on a website, please let us know on approval of design, and before completion of website, before making complete payment and before website being launched. We will only upload the website when you have paid in full and are happy with the website we have made for you. If after we have completed a website and you require any changes we can do this for at an additional cost. The cost & time to do this, will be quoted when we know what change you require at that point.
Any SEO work we do for your website does not guarantee what page your website would appear on Google , and therefore please think carefully before you pay for your SEO work, as we do not refund money under any circumstances. Although we can guarantee that your website will appear on Google -but on what page of Google will all depend on competition,keywords and many other factors etc. Although our aim is always to assist our customers to rank as high as possible on Google - but unfortunately - due to the type of service this is we can't guarantee where on Google it will rank and we can't refund money as this is a service we offer - not a product we sell.
If we give you credit for seo work to be be paid in 3 / 6 months in advance instalments - this will be on our credit terms which means that we find during the time of credit given your card has declined,cheque has bounced, we have the right to cancel this credit agreement and ask for payment in full. If this payment is not made in full at that point we have the right to remove your site until full payment is made. Credit for SEO will only be given on the basis that customer either gives a post dated chq or agrees that we can take a card payment on the card provided on the agreed date without prior notice.
Once the website is completed, any changes made to the website there after that will be charged accordingly.
Price match Guarantee - we will match any like for like written quote on our websites! within 24hours of your orders only!
Ftp details for websites will only be provided to the customers, when the website is paid in full at the full price - if the website was discounted and you require ftp details, then you will have to pay the difference in the discounted price and the actual price to get these details.
If a order has been placed with Shhaz Web designs, you are bound to the most current version of the Terms and Conditions, available on request. Any terms and conditions outlined on our website, maybe not be the most current terms and conditions. A request will be required for the most current terms and condition and will be sent out in writing. You are bound by these terms and conditions. Where the client has chosen one of our packages/deals.. If the client does not wish to processed with our package designs, we reserve the right to include an additional charge for bespoke designs, at our current charge at the time of placing the order.
Any orders that have been placed cannot be cancelled, and if you do cancel any order you will lose your deposit.
The supplier retains all the intellectual property rights to the website, the tool kits and website pages. However all the intellectual property rights of the customers content will, shall be owned by the customer or the relevant third party.
Artwork for leaflets will only be printed and not sent by email. If artwork for printing is required by email this will be an additonal cost of £35.00 and the payment to be made priot to sending proof of artwork.
Proof Reading of printing is the customers repsonsibilityat all times, as once anything has been approved by the customer for print, it cannot be changed or re- printed, and if it needs to be re-printed due to errors, the customer will have to re-pay for full printing costs that will re-occur. Therefore please proof read your documents before print,especially tel,prices,spellings etc
Where We have sub-contracted any services to a third party specified by You, We shall not be liable for any non-performance of the third party's obligations, and for the purposes of this agreement, any delay or hindrance caused by or attributable to the third party shall be considered to have been caused by You. As part of carrying out our obligations under this Agreement We may recommend or suggest that another person or company carries out some work. By making this recommendation or suggestion, We do not guarantee that work. We accept responsibility for that recommendation or suggestion only if, in all of the circumstances surrounding that recommendation or suggestion (and at the time it was made) We could not reasonably have made that recommendation or suggestion.
If we cancel your order due to circumstances which are largely beyond our control, and which make it no longer commercially sensible for Us to continue your order, We shall give You notice, and We shall not be responsible for any loss to You which may arise from this decision. You will pay Us a reasonable sum in relation to the proportion of your order which We have fulfilled. If this action is taken, we will inform you in writing, however, our decision is final and there is no option for an appeal to this action.
Shhaz Web Designs shall not be liable to the Client nor to any third party for any direct or indirect loss of profit, anticipated savings, business, contracts, revenue, time, goodwill or loss of or harm to data or other content or for any other indirect or consequential loss.
Shhaz Web Designs and its associated content provider organisations seek to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from their negligence. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant copyright permission(s).
If We have agreed that We are to do anything under this Agreement on your instructions, and as a result We are in breach of any rights of anyone else (or anyone else threatens Us with proceedings for breach of their rights) You agree to indemnify Us against any loss We may suffer, including legal costs, in defending or resisting the proceedings or claim, or settling the proceedings or claim on legal advice. Your obligations under this clause will remain after the rest of the agreement has terminated whatever the reason for termination.
We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee,which means we will re- do your website until you are happy with it.Providing you let us know before completion of website, but we do not refund money as websites are a service we provide and not a product we sell.Once the website is completed, any work done to this will be charged at normal rate.
All static websites under £500 are hosted by us only and updates can only be done by us. All updates will cost you money. The cost of updates will depend on what updates you require and will be quote prior to doing the work. If then the price is Ok for you and payment is made we will update the site.
If You come across any circumstances which may lead to a claim to the above clause, You agree to tell Us about them as soon as possible and in writing.
If, as a result of such a claim or threat, We decide that it is no longer commercially sensible to proceed with your order, We may cancel the order in accordance with the provision set out below.
You acknowledge that any material of any nature which We provide You with, either under this agreement or otherwise (for example, quotations or other pre-contractual material) may contain intellectual property which is either our property or licensed to Us, including copyright, trade marks, registered and unregistered designs and patents.
It is your responsibility to check for wordings, errors, omissions, and grammar. Shhaz Web Designs recognises and acknowledges that this agreement creates a confidential relationship with you. Information concerning Your business affairs, customers, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation, computer programs, documentation and other such information whether written, oral or otherwise, is confidential in nature. All information concerning you is hereinafter collectively referred to as "Confidential Information". Shhaz Web Designs will not be liable for ensuring that there is not any material, data or information on the website which is illegal or unlawful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise infringes any third party rights whatsoever.
